IPTP Networks is looking for a Graphic Designer to assist with preparation of marketing materials. This role involves close collaboration with internal colleagues, strong project management skills, and requires creativity, motivation, initiative, flexibility and discipline to be successful. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and execute designs for company marketing materials for both print and digital (business cards, website, customer handouts, banners and other materials as needed)
- Create work that reflects a consistent visual style in accordance with IPTP Networks brand identity
- Alter, repair and edit graphic elements as necessary and/or placing or converting graphic elements into correct formats/programs for usage
- Social media posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting
- Work collaboratively with other members of IPTP Networks marketing department
- Managing various special requests related to graphic design services on as needed basis
Qualifications
- Portfolio of previous visual design work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- 1-2 years’ experience managing social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Flexibility to shift priorities quickly within a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours when needed, performing tasks not specifically identified in the job description and assuming new responsibilities as the organization’s needs to evolve
